Christopher started his coaching career in his hometown of San Antonio, Texas, at Cheer-riffic Techniques, where he also began his athlete journey in cheer. Christopher spent nine beautiful and empowering years learning from them how to coach and work with athletes. One of his teams won NCA while at Cheer-riffic. He began to dabble into choreography at Cheer-riffic Techniques. Later, Christopher moved to Houston and his new home gym where he coaches at Cheer Factory - Houston, Texas. At Cheer Factory, Christopher was challenged and encouraged to use his decades worth of knowledge to coach cheerleading.  He now has 15 seasons as a coach under his belt and five years of choreography experience. Christopher still competes on an Open team at Cheer Factory. 

 

Christopher has raised and coached countless NCA staffer and college cheerleaders during his tenure as a coach, director, and a mentor. He could not be more proud of where  his career has taken him and feels it is because of the women in his life who helped grow and train him in the industry. Christopher also briefly spent time working at TopGun, in northern Ohio.  Christopher has fallen in love with cheerleading and aspires to bring that into all of the kids' lives he encounters through coaching and choreography.

Christopher's specialty is in school and rec teams, NCA Style crowd leading and performance divisions. He has a decade of experience working with recreational teams.

Christopher joined AWARD Choreography in 2023.
