Kelly Ward is the head choreographer & owner of AWARD Choreography. She has choreographed for teams represented all over the United States & Internationally at the Summit, Cheerleading Worlds, and Dance Worlds.

In 2017 Kevin became a World Champion competing with Cheer Force Infinity. He enjoys having a good time with the athletes and wants to pass his love of the sport on to future generations. 

Kevin is known for his fun and positive coaching methods. He is a well loved coach and choreographer that has worked with many high school, college, and all star programs throughout the U.S.

Dwayne Willoughby has over 20 years of coaching and choreography experience. He joins our west coast staff and currently coaches at University Cheer Force where he coached and choreographed his 2018 XS Coed team to a World Championship.

Christopher started his coaching career in San Antontio, Texas with Cheeriffic. He's currently working with Cheer Factory in Houston, Texas. On his 14th season as a coach he has raised countless NCA staffers and collegiate cheerleaders. He aspires to bring the love of cheerleading into all athletes lif  

Kayla Burgess danced at the University of Cincinnati from 2013-2017 on the Varsity team where they won UDA Nationals in the Hip Hop division 2014, 2015 & 2017.  She now coaches at Queen City Storm Cheer & Dance who's teams have earned 2 paid bids for junior hip hop as well as All Star World Championships bids this current season for every dance team in the program. 

Bryonna Meskimen is a cheer and dance coach and choreographer. She grew up in the gym competing in power tumbling, studio and IHSA dance, and all-star cheerleading for 14 seasons. Her passion is helping young athletes reach their full potential and find their confidence. 

Stephan has 11 years of All-Star cheer coaching experience. He has coached in many states including, Michigan, California, and Texas. Stephan has also had success in prep and elite choreography.

With over a decade of experience in competitive cheer, Makenzie comes to us from Cheer Extreme Allstars where she was a former athlete and is now a tumbling instructor. She currently attends UNC Charlotte where she’s studying business management and continues to cheer competitively. She also has years of experience as a UCA staff instructor.

Art has been in the cheer industry for 15 years and has owned his gym Cheer-Tastics Crush for 9 years. He loves clean transitions and creative stunts. He also loves to have fun with the athletes and will make your camp or choreography fun.

Broc Bochés is the CFO at AWARD Choreography. He graduated from Arizona State University with his degree in Finance. During his time in school, he developed a passion for finance and numbers.
